Refund Policy
At CleanDorm, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. To ensure clarity and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy:
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will promptly return to address any issues at no additional charge. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction and to rectify any concerns.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service rate. We are happy to reschedule your appointment, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
No Shows and No Access: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property due to no one being present or being unable to gain entry (e.g., lock issues, unresponsive contact), a charge of 50% of the original service rate plus a $10 travel fee will apply.
Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided, as we offer a satisfaction guarantee. However, in exceptional cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Please note that refunds will not be granted for cancellations or issues reported after the 24-hour satisfaction guarantee window.
Special Circumstances: In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances preventing us from completing the scheduled service, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time, without any additional fees.
Payment and Invoicing: Payment for services is due at the time of service unless already paid online. For our recurring clients, invoicing options are available upon request. Please note that any unpaid invoices may result in a hold on future services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Changes to Services: Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests; however, additional charges may apply for changes made on the day of service.
