Anything we encounter that may break university policies will remain confidential and will not be reported by our team. We respect your privacy and trust that you will address any issues on your own. We also expect you use your own discretion before our cleaning team arrives. For example, putting away or removing items that could potentially break university policies.

Exceptions:
However, if we come across any items or situations that involve violations of federal or state laws, we are obligated to report these findings. This includes, but is not limited to, the possession of illegal substances, weapons, or evidence of illegal activities.

Our team is trained to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times. We are here to clean, not to pry. You can trust that your privacy is our priority, and we will handle all situations with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
